For over a decade, Shannon has overseen a number of private, public, and non-profit sector urban design and urban planning projects throughout Los Angeles. Shannon speaks at conferences, forums, and universities about equity and high-quality design. Shannon is the Co-Director of Here LA, a creative and arts-based urban planning and design firm that works throughout Southern California.

Amber is a design-oriented urban planner who has worked throughout Southern California and the US on community-centered street designs and open space concepts to help cities improve their public spaces and plan for the future. For the past decade Amber was an instructor at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs in the Graduate School of Urban Planning. Amber co-directs Here LA with Shannon.

As the CEO of Legacy Games, Ariella has managed production of hundreds of interactive experiences for clients such as Crayola, CBS, Niantic, and Google. Ariella views app development through a psychological lens, due to her Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Claremont University. She is particularly excited about AR applications that improve people's lives.
